Mediterranean House 2D & 3D Designs

I’m starting from an empty plot and need a full set of 2D drawings and 3D visuals that will guide my contractor and help me visualise the finished home before we break ground.

Scope
• Exterior: Mediterranean look—stucco or stone textures, warm colour palette, arched openings, tiled rooflines, and any regional accents you recommend.
• Interior: Clean-lined modern spaces with open-plan living, sleek finishes, and strategic lighting.

Deliverables
1. Scaled 2D architectural drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic MEP locations.
2. High-resolution, photorealistic 3D renders for every façade plus key interior areas (living room, kitchen, master suite, one secondary bedroom, and a bathroom).
3. Source files (DWG / RVT / SKP or equivalent) so I can pass them to the builder and make future edits.
4. Optional but appreciated: a brief animated walkthrough or 360° views to showcase flow between modern interiors and the Mediterranean exterior.

Acceptance Criteria
• Exterior elements unmistakably Mediterranean.
• Interior matches a contemporary aesthetic with coherent material selections.
• Floor plans meet standard building code dimensions (I’ll supply local requirements).
• Files open cleanly in AutoCAD or Revit without missing references.
