Medical Test Results Data Entry

I have a rolling queue of laboratory test results that need to be transferred into our database. The source material is in mixed format—hand-written paper reports as well as PDFs and the occasional spreadsheet—so you’ll be switching between scanned images and digital files throughout the day.
Your task is straightforward but detail-critical: extract every value exactly as written, match it to the correct patient ID and test date, and enter it into the template (or directly into the LIS if you already know Meditech, LabWare or similar systems). A solid grasp of routine lab terminology—CBC, LFT, RFT, electrolytes, serology panels—will let you move faster and spot anomalies before they become downstream problems.
Because these are real patient records, accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable. I will supply:
• A data-entry template with field validations
• Scans/PDFs of the paper reports and the existing digital files
• A brief style guide on units, reference ranges and comment codes
Return files must pass a quick audit I run for transcription errors and missing fields; once that’s cleared I release the next batch. If you’re comfortable hitting >99% accuracy on this kind of medical data entry, let’s get started.
