Medical Billing Data Entry

I have between 51 and 200 patient invoices that currently exist only on paper. Each one needs to be keyed into the proprietary billing software my practice already uses. I will give you secure remote access to the platform along with a brief walkthrough of its fields and validation rules.

Your task is straightforward but demands accuracy. Every charge code, modifier, date of service, provider ID, patient demographic, insurance detail, and payment line must match the printed invoice exactly; the system will flag format errors automatically, yet I still expect a manual double-check before you mark an entry complete.

Upon finishing the batch, export the software’s built-in completion report and send it back to me so I can reconcile totals with our accounts receivable.

I’m ready to scan and upload the first stack of documents as soon as we agree on a start time, and I’m hoping to have all records entered and verified within one week.
