Practising Company Secretary (or CA) needed to digitally certify MCA Form MGT-14 (V3) – alteration of object clause, Section 8 company
About the job:
- Our company is a Section 8 (not-for-profit) company in Hyderabad, Telangana, limited by guarantee without share capital.
- The Registrar (ROC Hyderabad) has already APPROVED our GNL-1 under Section 8(4)(i) for changing the object clause of our MOA (SRN AC7136238, approved 29/10/2026).
- The members passed the special resolution at an EGM on 30/10/2026.
- We now need to file MGT-14 for this special resolution, with the linked e-MOA (INC-13) link filing.
What is ALREADY DONE by us:
- All documents are prepared, signed and scanned: certified special resolution with explanatory statement, EGM notice and members' consent, altered MOA (printed and e-MOA format, changes highlighted), board resolution, directors' declaration.
- We fill the MGT-14 form on the MCA V3 portal ourselves using the Director's login and DSC.
What we need from you:
1. Quickly review the form and attachments before submission (we will send PDFs).
2. Digitally sign the "Certificate by Practicing Professional" on the MGT-14 PDF (and on the linked INC-13 if required) with your own DSC, and send it back within 48 hours of us sending it.
3. Your DSC must be registered with your own MCA V3 login.
4. Share your ICSI (or ICAI) membership number and Certificate of Practice (COP) number to enter in the form.
Requirements:
- Practising Company Secretary (preferred) or Chartered Accountant with a valid COP.
- Experience with MGT-14 / GNL-1 filings on MCA V3.
- Available to sign within the next few days.
