I’m ready to ramp up MassPack Tote Rentals’ presence across social media and need a marketer who can turn our unique moving-tote service into scroll-stopping content that drives weekly rentals throughout New England.

Scope
You’ll own our social media marketing and advertising—from strategy through execution—on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I need clear messaging that highlights our reusable 27-gallon totes, free delivery + pickup, and full New England coverage. Geo-targeting movers, homeowners, students, and small businesses in MA, CT, RI, NH, VT, and ME is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Map out a three-month content and ad strategy tailored to each platform
• Design creative (static, carousel, short-form video) that showcases benefits over cardboard boxes
• Write copy that converts, including CTAs to book weekly rental packages online
• Set up and manage paid campaigns, optimize for CPL and ROAS, and retarget website visitors
• Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights

Deliverables
1. Platform-specific content calendar (90 days)
2. 30+ branded visuals/videos, ready to post
3. Paid campaign setup with audience definitions and budget splits
4. Tracking dashboard and weekly metric summaries

Acceptance Criteria
• Ad sets live within two weeks of kickoff
• Minimum 3% click-through rate on core campaigns by month two
• Detailed report demonstrating cost-per-lead under agreed target

Tools you’re comfortable with—Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe, Hootsuite, Google Analytics—should come naturally in your workflow, but I’m open to alternatives if they achieve the same goals.

If you’re excited to help New England move smarter and greener, let’s talk strategy and get these totes trending.
