Marketing Pioneer Wanted for AI Cooking Start-Up

WE'RE HIRING: FOUNDING GROWTH & MARKETING LEAD — CHEF AI

I'm looking for a Founding Growth & Marketing Lead to join Chef AI, an AI-powered cooking platform being built under CYCORP.

This is not a traditional marketing job.

We're looking for someone who wants to join at the early stage, take ownership of growth, and help build the marketing engine of the company from the ground up.

ABOUT CHEF AI

Chef AI helps people turn the ingredients they already have into useful, personalized recipes using AI.

The product is currently in active development, with our backend and mobile development teams already working on the MVP.

We're now building the growth side of the company ahead of launch.

YOUR ROLE

As the Founding Growth & Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for building and executing Chef AI's early growth strategy.

You'll work on:

• User acquisition and growth strategy
• Pre-launch audience building
• Launch strategy
• Social media growth
• Content strategy
• Growth experiments
• User acquisition funnels
• Community building
• Creator/influencer strategy
• Referral and ambassador programs
• Marketing analytics and KPIs
• Coordinating with future marketing team members
• Finding creative, low-cost ways to acquire users

We're looking for someone who can think like a founder, not someone who simply waits for instructions.

COMPENSATION — READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is an equity-based founding team position.

There is:

No salary
No hourly payment
No upfront payment

The position has a maximum 2% equity allocation, earned through clearly defined milestones.

The equity is milestone-based rather than granted immediately.

The milestone framework will be agreed upon in writing before the candidate begins.

The goal is to reward measurable contribution to Chef AI's growth.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience in startup/growth marketing
• Understand user acquisition
• Know how to grow products organically
• Understand TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts or other social platforms
• Can develop and test marketing experiments
• Understand metrics and conversion funnels
• Can work independently
• Are comfortable in an early-stage environment
• Are excited about AI, food technology or consumer apps
• Want to build something long-term rather than take a short freelance contract

Previous startup experience is a major advantage.WHAT WE VALUE

We're much more interested in what you can build and execute than a long résumé.
