I need a full-featured WooCommerce store for sky-asia.com that delivers a classic and elegant retail experience inspired by West Marine, yet with an original layout. The approved homepage prototype, logo, and 12-category site map are ready; you will turn them into a responsive production site while keeping the existing (and currently broken) WordPress instance live until final switch-over.
Core objectives
• Implement a mobile-first, responsive design that stays true to the classic and elegant style.
• Build robust brand/SKU search so buyers can locate any of the initial 100 products quickly.
• Configure a request-for-quote (RFQ) workflow that lets shoppers ask for pricing on larger orders or out-of-stock items.
• Default currency in USD with display toggles for EUR, SGD, MYR, THB, and AUD.
• Integrate Singapore-eligible payments: credit card processing plus bank-transfer checkout.
• Add basic technical-services pages (installation, repairs, contact, etc.).
• Stage the deployment (dev → staging → live) so the current site remains intact until acceptance.
Deliverables
1. Theme and layout matched to approved prototype.
2. WooCommerce setup with 12 product categories and import of up to 100 owner-supplied SKUs.
3. Search, RFQ module, multi-currency display, and the two payment methods configured and tested.
4. SEO-friendly URLs, speed optimisation, and essential security hardening.
5. Handover pack: plugin/licence list, user guide, and 30-day defect-fix support.
When you reply, please outline a fixed-price schedule with clear milestones, note any premium plugins or licences required, and share at least two live WooCommerce examples that show comparable complexity. I am not looking for a custom marketplace or ERP in this first phase—just a well-executed, scalable store that can grow with us.
