Marathi PDF Data Entry Typing

I have a set of PDF files that contain Marathi text and I need every word re-typed with complete accuracy so the content can be used for data-entry purposes. All the source material is already in digital form; there are no handwritten or printed scans to decipher, just clean PDFs waiting to be converted.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Type the Marathi text exactly as it appears in each PDF, keeping punctuation, paragraph breaks and any special characters intact.
• Deliver the finished work in an editable document (Word or plain text in Unicode Marathi is fine) so I can copy, search and manipulate the data later on.
• Maintain a very low error rate—ideally zero—so I don’t have to run an extra proofreading round.
