MapleStory Gameplay Video Editor

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create clean and simple gameplay highlight videos for my MapleStory Classic content. Expecting this to be a long project -over a year- I am looking for someone who can dedicate their time and grow the channel with me. With a Base pay per video + 15% ad share once the channel reaches 1k subs.

Requirements:
- Edit gameplay highlights focused on:
- ***Storytelling and game progression***
- Anecdotes and funny moments
- Leveling up moments
- Rare item drops
- Keeping track of previous encounters, goals etc.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve Pro etc.)
- Experience with gaming content, ESPECIALLY Maplestory
- Ability to create engaging, clean edits without excessive effects
- Attention to detail and creativity***

I have a 1.5 hours of raw footage that I would like you to edit into 10 minutes once we are at the final phase. For the first one, I would also need 1 thumbnail and 1 short form video. There will be compensations for the work. For future, I would want ~10 minutes video with a thumbnail, with occasional shorts here and there.
