Manufacturing Contacts Data Mining

I have a spreadsheet of about 1,500 manufacturing companies that is completely missing contact information.
My goal is to enrich every record with at least two fresh, verified contacts:

• one person from the Purchase or Procurement department
• one Management-level representative (owner, CEO, MD, or similar)

For each contact I need the full name and a direct, business-grade email address—generic inboxes such as “info@” or “sales@” won’t work.

Simply return the same sheet, adding the new columns (Contact 1 Name, Contact 1 Email, Contact 2 Name, Contact 2 Email). I’ll spot-check for accuracy, so please use up-to-date sources—company websites, LinkedIn, trade registries, or validated email tools—and avoid bounces. Work is complete when every row has two unique, legitimate contacts that match the roles above.
