Manual Vector Redraw of Existing Logo

Subject: Manual vector redraw of a logo mark, plus layouts and colour versions

Hi,

I need a clean, hand-drawn vector version of a logo mark I have designed. This is commercial work for a client.

WHAT I WILL SEND
- Reference file of the mark (SVG and PNG). It is an AI-generated concept, so the paths are messy. Use it as a visual reference only.
- Wordmark font: [FONT NAME], free on Google Fonts: [LINK]
- Colours: [HEX 1], [HEX 2], [HEX 3]

WHAT I NEED
1. Redraw the mark by hand with the pen tool. No Image Trace, Live Trace, auto-trace or AI tools.
2. Keep the design and proportions of the reference. Fix wobbly curves and uneven lines, but do not change the concept.
3. Clean paths: fewest anchor points needed, smooth curves, closed paths, no hidden or overlapping shapes, no stray points.
4. Set the name "Sanekal Resort" in Best font you could do. Convert to outlines, and keep one extra copy with live text.
5. Build three layouts:
- Horizontal: icon left, name right
- Stacked: icon on top, name below, centred
- Icon alone
6. Each layout in three colour versions:
- Full colour
- All black
- All white, for dark backgrounds
7. Layers named clearly: Icon, Wordmark, Tagline.

FILES
- AI, EPS, PDF and SVG for every layout and colour version
- Transparent PNG, 3000px wide, for every layout and colour version
- One CMYK PDF of the full colour horizontal layout, with the CMYK values written on the artboard
- Organised in folders by layout

BEFORE YOU BUILD THE REST
Send me a screenshot of the redrawn mark in Outline or Wireframe view (Ctrl+Y / Cmd+Y in Illustrator). I will approve it before you build the layouts and colour versions.

RIGHTS
- On payment, full ownership and all rights in the delivered files transfer to me, including the right to transfer them to my client. Not a time-limited or non-transferable licence.
- In the delivery message, confirm in one line that you drew it manually and did not use auto-trace or AI tools.
- Please do not post this work in your portfolio, gig gallery or social media.

TIMELINE AND REVISIONS
- Outline preview within 1 day of order start
- Final files within 3 days of order start
- 2 rounds of revisions included
