Manual Product Listing Specialist

I need over two hundred auto-parts SKUs entered one by one into our chosen sales channels. The work is fully manual: each listing must include the correct title, description, images, pricing, and any fitment details that buyers need to select the exact part for their vehicle. Most of these items will end up on Amazon, eBay and our Shopify store, so familiarity with the seller dashboards of those three platforms is ideal, but I am open to your suggestions if you have better marketplace experience or supporting tools.

Because these are automotive components, accuracy matters more than speed; a single typo in a model year or engine code can trigger returns. Plan on checking OE numbers, cross-references, and variation options before you hit Publish.

Deliverables
• Complete, live listings for all SKUs (roughly 1000+) on the agreed marketplaces
• Properly formatted titles, bullet points and HTML-free descriptions that meet each site’s character limits
• At least one main image plus any secondary angles or technical diagrams per product, sized to marketplace standards
• Fitment or compatibility fields populated where available
• A spreadsheet report of the new listing IDs/URLs for easy tracking

Acceptance criteria
A listing is considered done when it is live, searchable, displays correct inventory and pricing, and the SKU data in the report matches what appears on the marketplace.

If you are comfortable working steadily through a large batch of parts, ensuring each one is correct before moving on, this project should be straightforward and repeatable—there will be more inventory waiting once these SKUs are up.
