Manual Data Entry from Prints

I have a stack of printed documents that contain both textual descriptions and numerical figures, and I need every line keyed in by hand with absolute accuracy. The task is straightforward—no scraping tools or OCR shortcuts—just careful manual entry.

You will receive scanned PDFs of the pages. I’d like the contents transcribed into a clean spreadsheet with separate columns laid out exactly as they appear in the originals so totals, dates, and reference numbers stay aligned with their corresponding text notes.

Quality is critical. I’ll spot-check entries throughout the project; rows must match the source character-for-character for both words and numbers, including punctuation and capitalization. Please keep your own running tally of any illegible areas and flag them so I can clarify. Once complete, deliver the final spreadsheet plus your flagged-items list, and we’ll wrap up.
