I have a small batch—fewer than 50 paper documents—that need to be keyed directly into my online system. You’ll receive clear scans of each page, then manually enter every field exactly as shown. No OCR or bulk-import tools here; I want human eyes on every character to guarantee accuracy.

The task is straightforward:

• Populate the designated form in my web portal for each document
• Verify spelling, numbers, and date formats as you go
• Flag any illegible text or discrepancies in a short completion report

Once the final record count matches the paper originals and the summary report is uploaded, the job is done.
