Manual Data Entry from Files

I need someone to take mixed text-and-number information from a set of digital files—mostly PDFs and a few existing Excel sheets—and re-enter it manually into a structured spreadsheet I will provide. Accuracy is paramount: every value must match the source exactly, with clear separation of text fields, numeric fields, and any dates.

You will receive the source documents via a shared folder. Simply open each file, locate the required fields, and key them into the corresponding columns. A quick double-check after each batch to catch typos or misplaced decimals will keep the project on track.

Deliverables:
• Completed Excel workbook (or CSV if you prefer) containing all records neatly aligned with the template headers.
• A short note summarising any illegible items or uncertainties so I can verify them.
