Manual Customer Database Data Entry

I have several stacks of paper forms filled out by customers that now need to live in our central database. Your task is to take each form and key every field—names, contact details, addresses, and any notes—directly into the database interface I will share with you.

Accuracy matters more than speed; I will spot-check entries daily. To make the process smooth, I will provide:

• A brief video walkthrough of the database screen
• A data-dictionary so you know the exact format for each field
• A secure login valid for the duration of the project

Please be comfortable working from handwritten or printed text and double-checking your work before saving. I will consider the job complete when all forms (roughly 1,200) are entered and I can run a query that returns zero validation errors.
