Manhattan SCALE 3PL Process Analyst

I need a Business Analyst who is fluent in Manhattan SCALE—specifically the Warehouse SCALE 2025 release—and comfortable bending the platform’s standard flows to fit a true multi-client 3PL operation.

My immediate spotlight is on warehouse operations, yet the goal is broader: every core 3PL process should run smoothly, from inbound receipt right through to outbound dispatch. Within inventory we must tighten stock replenishment, cycle counting, and overall inventory accuracy so that service levels stay high even as volumes rise.

What I am expecting from you:
• Map current and future processes for warehouse operations and the wider 3PL landscape.
• Identify gaps between SCALE’s base configuration and our business rules, then draft clear functional specs or configuration overrides.
• Produce test scenarios and data sets that prove each redesigned flow in Warehouse SCALE 2025.
• Deliver a concise playbook that my supervisors can follow without needing you on-site.
