From the initial online searches and phone inquiries right through to reviewing and signing the final lease, I want clear, real-time language support and cultural insight so nothing gets lost in translation.

Here is what I am looking for:

• Negotiating terms: Interpret during price talks, clarify deposit rules, utilities, maintenance clauses, and be sure everything we agree on is reflected in writing.
• Lease signing & handover: Walk me through the contract line by line, confirm legal requirements such as residency registration, and make sure I leave with all keys, receipts, and official copies.

I am flexible about how we work together—if you are based in the city and can accompany me to viewings that would be ideal, but I am equally open to a remote setup using video calls, WeChat, or similar tools as long as communication stays immediate and accurate.
