I’m looking for a hands-on project manager who can take full ownership of our role-playing game and keep development, design, and testing tightly aligned from now through launch. The core team is already in place; what we lack is someone to plan, track, and clear roadblocks so artists, coders, and QA can focus on creating the best possible experience.

Here’s what I need you to handle day-to-day:
• Build and maintain an end-to-end production timeline, adjusting scope or resources when priorities shift.
• Run stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, making sure stories are clear and achievable.
• Coordinate cross-discipline hand-offs between art, programming, and QA so no feature goes unreviewed.
• Own the test calendar—beta deadlines, regression sweeps, and release candidate sign-off.
• Report actionable status updates to me twice a week, flagging risks early and recommending fixes.

We’re still finalising target platforms, so flexibility is key; experience with Unity or Unreal, Jira, Trello, and common version-control workflows (Git, Perforce) will help you slot right in.

Deliverables I’ll use to confirm success:
1. A living production schedule covering every workstream.
2. Sprint burndown and velocity reports delivered each Friday.
3. A consolidated bug/issue log with clear pass-fail criteria before each milestone.
4. A post-mortem summary after alpha, beta, and final release.

If you thrive on keeping creative teams organised and motivated, let’s talk—our adventure needs a guide.
