Manage Ongoing TDS, PF, ESIC

I am looking for a compliance-savvy professional who can take full ownership of our statutory filings—TDS, PF and ESIC—on an ongoing basis for my clients. Your job will be to keep every due date on your radar, prepare the challans, reconcile payments, and upload the returns before the deadline so we stay 100 % compliant.

You will receive secure access to our portal along with the previous months’ data. I expect you to:
• Review and validate payroll and vendor data for accuracy.
• Generate challans for payment for TDS, PF and ESIC within statutory timelines.
• File the corresponding returns and download acknowledgment receipts.
• Share a brief compliance report each cycle highlighting filings completed, any variances noted, and next due dates.

Acceptance criteria
• All filings acknowledged by the respective government portals.
• Challan copies and acknowledgment receipts delivered in PDF.
• No interest or penalty notices attributable to late or incorrect filing.
