Manage Airbnb & Vrbo Listings

I run a portfolio of short-term rentals and need a reliable co-listing partner to keep everything running smoothly on both Airbnb and Vrbo. Your day-to-day work will focus on three core areas: replying promptly to guest inquiries, tweaking and improving my listings so they stay fresh and competitive, and shepherding every reservation from the first message through to a fully confirmed booking.

Because bookings can come in at any hour, listings must be reviewed and updated daily; calendar accuracy is critical. You’ll have full access to the host dashboards so you can adjust rates, upload new photos, edit descriptions, or block dates whenever necessary. Fast, friendly communication with guests is just as important—think clear answers, helpful local tips, and a professional tone that reflects the brand I’ve built.

I’ll provide existing listing assets, house rules, and response templates; you bring the organization, attention to detail, and platform know-how to keep occupancy high and guests happy.
