The sole goal of this campaign is to convert subscribers into buyers, so each message must speak directly to committed watch enthusiasts who appreciate exclusivity and refinement.

What I need

• A cohesive email strategy built around exclusivity and luxury that guides readers smoothly from curiosity to checkout.
• Persuasive copy and elegant, mobile-friendly templates that showcase our craftsmanship, highlight limited-edition models, and create genuine purchase urgency.
• Audience segmentation based on purchase history, browsing behavior, and engagement so offers feel personally curated.
• Scheduled sends, A/B tests on subject lines, and continuous metric tracking (opens, clicks, conversions) with weekly insights and actionable tweaks.
• Integration with common platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar, without disrupting my current customer data flow.

Acceptance criteria
1. A minimum three-email launch sequence plus one automated follow-up for non-purchasers.
2. Branded HTML templates delivered and loaded in the ESP.
3. Performance dashboard shared after the first full send, including next-step recommendations.
