Luxury Villa Booking Website Development

We are seeking an experienced website designer/developer to create a premium direct-booking website for Villa Opal, a luxury resort villa in Kovalam, Chennai, India

The website must showcase the property through high-quality photographs and video, provide rates and availability, and use Smoobu for reservations and OTA calendar synchronization.

Initial scope includes:

- Premium, mobile-first villa website
- Smoobu Booking Engine integration
- Smoobu setup and automated guest messages
- Airbnb and Booking.com synchronization
- UPI/Google Pay payment instructions or hosted payment-link workflow
- Gallery, amenities, location, FAQ, policies and contact pages
- Basic SEO, analytics, performance optimization and security
- Administrator training and complete account handover

Applicants must provide:

- Three relevant hospitality or vacation-rental websites
- Evidence of Smoobu experience
- Proposed website platform and payment workflow
- Fixed project price and itemized third-party costs
- Delivery timeline
- Maintenance and post-launch support terms
