Luxury Rental Welcome Book Design

I need a polished, print-ready welcome book for my short-term rental in Roatan, Honduras. I already have a rough PDF template and some half-finished Canva pages; what’s missing is the cohesive, high-end touch that ties everything together.

Scope
• Length: 12–15 pages.
• Content to include: a warm introductory letter, a quick “about the house” overview, detailed house rules with check-in / check-out steps, must-know emergency numbers & services, and a curated guide to local attractions and activities (beaches, diving spots, restaurants, tours, etc.).
• Style: I’m after a balanced mix—clean modern lines, classic elegance, and just enough vibrant colour so the Caribbean personality shines through.

Deliverables
1. Editable source file (Canva preferred; InDesign is fine if you export a Canva-ready version as well).
2. High-resolution PDF suitable for printing and digital sharing.
3. Font list and any linked imagery so I can update future details myself.

Acceptance Criteria
– Layout stays consistent across all pages.
– All text, icons, and photos align with the luxury tone.
– Final PDF passes a quick print test (no cut-off margins, crisp images).
