We are Mya House, an emerging luxury heirloom dollhouse brand preparing for our exclusive private launch in Los Angeles.

We are seeking a creative, experienced event planner or event producer to help us organize an elegant, intimate luxury brand unveiling for approximately 40 to 50 carefully selected guests.

Our vision is to host the event at a beautiful private residence, ideally in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, or Malibu.

The evening will feature a live showcase of our handcrafted luxury dollhouses, collectible dolls, and upcoming product collections.

Responsibilities

* Source beautiful, reasonably priced private event venues.
* Coordinate catering, bartenders, valet, and event staffing.
* Help design an elegant and memorable guest experience.
* Arrange professional product displays, lighting, and floral styling.
* Coordinate photography, videography, and entertainment.
* Assist with event scheduling, vendor negotiations, setup, and execution.
* Help us create a sophisticated atmosphere reflecting a world-class luxury brand.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience with luxury brand launches or high-end private events.
* Has established vendor relationships in Los Angeles.
* Is creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and budget-conscious.
* Can create a beautiful event without unnecessary expenses.
* Understands luxury fashion, design, and presentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to help bring a new luxury brand to market.

Budget

We are seeking competitive fixed-price proposals for event planning services, separate from the actual event expenses.

Please provide examples of previous events, your location, your proposed services, and estimated fees.

We look forward to hearing your ideas!
