My residential Lutron HomeWorks QS system (processor HQP6-2 on the network, two legacy HWI-PNL-8 dimming panels) still runs its original program, but the previous integrator is long gone and there is no Connect Bridge or app access. The goal is a clean Lutron HomeWorks QS takeover, carried out entirely by remote session.

Scope of work
• Discover the HQP6-2 and pull the live project with HomeWorks QS Designer, then send me the full database backup.
• Verify that both HWI panels and their keypads are correctly included in the project and confirm that a CONNECT-BDG2-1 bridge will be compatible.
• Top priority: once I purchase the bridge (I have not bought it yet), commission it and enrol my account in the Lutron app—no reprogramming or new devices, just activation and hand-off.

Deliverables
1. Exported .qsy or .wqs project file.
2. Written confirmation of panel/keypad and bridge compatibility.
3. Successful bridge commissioning and functioning Lutron app login.

Acceptance
• Processor remains online after upload/download.
• App controls all existing loads and keypads.
• Database file opens without errors in QS Designer.

When you bid, please confirm that remote access is acceptable, state your flat price, and mention how many Lutron QS takeovers you have previously completed.

Must be dealer certified.
