My lighting software can already stream a simple serial string for every cue it fires. I now need that string to travel wirelessly over LoRa to a tiny, battery-powered receiver that drives a single addressable RGB LED. The goal is straightforward: when a specific cue (“GO 1”, “GO 2”, etc.) is triggered on the laptop, the LED on the remote unit must flash instantly in sync with the show.

I don’t mind which LED family we use—WS2812, APA102, SK6812 or any other part that is readily available in your market is fine—so long as it is easy to source and delivers reliable colour changes from a 3 V–5 V battery pack. Please recommend the part you feel is most suitable.

What I need from you:
• Hardware complete build LoRa modules (e.g., SX127x-based boards or similar), the RGB LED reciever built and in a case a compact battery solution, either internal or external and any supporting components.
• Firmware:
– A lightweight serial-to-LoRa transmitter programmed that runs on a USB-attached microcontroller at the laptop end.
– Receiver code that listens continuously, decodes the incoming cue string, and drives the LED with a clear flash pattern.
• I need up to 175 receivers and the complete transmitter side built Clear build documentation: wiring diagrams, parts list with links
• Test a milestone payment when a working transmitter and laptop connection programmed and a reciever are sent for testing

If you can keep power consumption low enough for several hours of show time on a small Li-ion cell, or an external c power pack that would be ideal. Happy to answer any technical questions you have along the way; once everything is working as described I will sign off immediately.
