Looking for Co-Founder, Designer Expertise.

I’m assembling a lean, agile publishing venture and I need a creative partner who lives and breathes fiction. Your main lane will be writing and content creation—crafting strong story concepts, developing manuscripts, and polishing them to a publish-ready shine—while I focus on the operational, marketing, and distribution side of the business.

Because this is a true co-founder role, I’m looking for someone who can jump in ASAP, share strategic decisions, and split both risk and reward with me. You’ll shape our narrative voice from day one, steer genre direction, and collaborate closely as we move each title through editing, design, and launch.
