Long-Term Wedding Photo Editor Needed

LOOKING FOR AN ONGOING FREELANCE LIGHTROOM PHOTO EDITOR

I’m a wedding and engagement photographer based in Australia, and I’m looking for a reliable, experienced Adobe Lightroom photo editor to potentially work with on an ongoing basis.

I’m looking for someone who can consistently edit wedding and engagement galleries to a professional standard while maintaining my existing editing style.

Requirements:
* Experienced with Adobe Lightroom Classic
* Able to work with my supplied presets and maintain a natural, true-to-colour editing style
* Strong understanding of exposure, white balance, skin tones and colour correction
* Confident using masking and selective adjustments where necessary
* Able to handle challenging lighting situations (harsh sunlight, indoor lighting, low light, flash photography, etc.)
* Able to maintain a consistent look across an entire gallery
* Able to export both high-quality JPEGs and XMP sidecar files containing the edits
* Good communication, attention to detail and reliable turnaround times

If your work is a good fit and you’re reliable, I’m looking to establish a long-term working relationship with regular wedding and engagement editing projects. Payments will be made for each gallery.
