# Freelance Video Editor – Long-Term Collaboration

New Deal Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced Freelance Video Editor for a consistent, long-term collaboration focused on creating informative and corporate video content for social media.

## Scope of Work

- Edit approximately 5 videos per week (20–22 per month).
- Create Reels, educational videos, and content related to the real estate market.
- Handle video and audio editing, dynamic cuts, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity and meet agreed deadlines.

The company will provide scripts, raw video footage, photographs, and creative guidelines.

We are looking for a professional with a strong visual sense, creative initiative, and the ability to transform provided materials into polished, high-quality videos.

## Requirements

- Proven experience in video editing.
- A portfolio showcasing completed Reels or short-form videos.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
- Experience with dynamic storytelling, subtitles, sound design, and graphics.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

## Additional Skills (Preferred)

Professional real estate photography and videography experience in the Attica region will be considered a significant advantage.

Photography and videography services may be arranged and compensated separately.

## Collaboration Details

- Freelance collaboration with payment per video or through an agreed monthly package.
- Consistent workload of approximately 5 videos per week.
- Remote video editing is possible.
