I need a reliable, bilingual sourcing partner based in mainland China to handle industrial-grade electronics—control boards, sensors, drives, servo motors, and similar components we integrate into manufacturing equipment. This is not a one-off buy: I’m building a long-term pipeline, so consistent quality checks, transparent pricing, and clear communication are essential.

Your core responsibilities include:
• Supplier hunt & verification—factory audits, license checks, ISO or CE documentation
• End-to-end quotation management—RFQs, MOQ negotiation, tooling fees, Incoterms alignment
• Sample consolidation, functional testing, and photo/video inspection before shipment
• Production follow-up with in-process quality reports
• Coordination of freight forwarding, customs paperwork, and consolidation for sea or air cargo
• Ongoing cost-down proposals as volumes scale

Acceptance criteria:
1. At least three qualified manufacturers submitted per part number with comparative spreadsheet (price, lead time, certs).
2. Video evidence of QC on pre-shipment lot.
3. Complete shipping pack: commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes, and tracking.

Tools you’re likely already using—Alibaba, Made-in-China, 1688, WeChat, Excel, and basic CAD/PDF viewers—fit perfectly here. If you can also run basic functional tests with multimeters or oscilloscopes, even better.
