Logo, Legal & Accounting Setup

I’m one of four founders about to launch a new startup, and I’d like to streamline three critical tasks through a single, well-coordinated engagement: brand identity, legal structuring, and initial accounting compliance.

First, the brand. I need an original, versatile logo that looks sharp on our website, pitch decks, social, and packaging. Source files in AI/PSD plus web-ready PNG/SVG are expected.

Second, the legal foundation. We want full company registration handled end-to-end, a clear founder agreement reflecting our three-plus-founder cap table, and polished Privacy Policy & Terms of Use that fit our product’s data flow. Experience with founder equity splits, MoA/AoA, and ROC filings will be valuable.

Third, the numbers. I’m looking for Chartered-Accountant-level guidance on tax registrations, basic bookkeeping setup, and an annual compliance calendar so we never miss a deadline.

• Certificate of incorporation, MoA/AoA, founder agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use (editable DOC & signed PDF)
• Tax/GST registrations, opening balance sheet template, and first-year compliance checklist
