I am looking for a designer to create a professional logo and YouTube banner for a new early-childhood media brand
The brand will create sensory, music, movement and early-learning content for babies, toddlers and young children, with a calm, thoughtful and parent-trusted positioning. The visual identity should therefore feel gentle, magical, warm, modern and premium, while still being appealing to young children.
The concept will be based around Lumens and light, so I would like the design to explore subtle themes such as glow, sparkles, stars, moonlight, soft rays, gentle light trails etc. I do not want the design to feel loud, overly bright, cluttered or like generic children’s clip art.
The logo should be simple and recognisable enough to work at small scale as a YouTube profile image. I am open to either a clean wordmark with a small light-inspired symbol, or a simple original icon/mascot that could potentially become part of the wider brand identity.
I would like the designer to provide:
Primary logo
Simplified/icon version for YouTube profile use
YouTube profile logo: minimum 98 × 98 pixels, PNG or GIF, 4 MB or less
YouTube banner: 2048 × 1152 pixels, 6 MB or less
All key text, logos and important visual elements on the banner must sit within YouTube’s central safe area so they remain visible across desktop, mobile and TV
YouTube video watermark: 150 × 150 pixels, PNG, GIF, BMP or JPEG, 1 MB or less
Colour palette
Font recommendations
Editable/source files
PNG/JPG versions
Transparent-background logo files
Versions suitable for light and dark backgrounds
Confirmation that the artwork is original and that full commercial rights are transferred to me
Please include examples of previous work in children’s branding, illustration, character design or family-focused brands if available.
Please do not use stock logos, pre-made templates or AI-generated artwork unless this is clearly disclosed and agreed in advance.
