Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders
Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local shipping regulations
Maintain accurate records within logistics systems such as ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination as required
Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in US logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight terms, and logistics documentation
Experience using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar platforms
Experience coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Exposure to inventory management and warehouse operations is an advantage
Proficient With:
ERP and Transportation Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar)
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Shipping documentation and freight coordination
Inventory tracking and logistics reporting
