LOD400 BIM Plumbing Coordination

I’m taking our project into the construction phase and need a BIM partner who can carry the plumbing scope all the way to fabrication-ready quality. Working in Revit (with AutoCAD support where useful), you’ll develop an LOD 400 model, run coordination sessions, and hand back clear shop-level drawings that installers can trust on site.

What I need you to do:
• 3D modelling & visualization of the entire plumbing system at LOD 400
• Clash detection and coordination with the other trades, resolving issues before they hit the field
• Detailed plumbing drawings and schedules, exported in both PDF and DWG

I’ll provide the architectural/structural models and the latest coordination files; you return a clash-free, fabrication-ready Revit file plus the drawing set. Regular Navisworks or BIM 360 coordination updates are expected so the team stays in sync. If you’ve delivered similar plumbing packages before, let’s talk timelines and start dates.
