Locate Telegram User via Nickname

I am pursuing a lawful action and must obtain the real-world contact details of a Telegram Plus user who operates only under a nickname and appears to be based in France. My sole objective is to retrieve verifiable contact information—ideally a phone number and/or email address—so it can be handed over to counsel for the next legal step.

What I already hold is limited but useful: the public nickname, a high-resolution profile picture, the date the account was last active, and the name of a Telegram group in which the user participates. I do not have any phone-provider data or prior chat history.

You may use any compliant OSINT technique, Telegram API research, database look-ups, or other digital investigation tools, provided every step remains within applicable French, EU, and international privacy laws. Discretion and a clear audit trail are critical.
