I already have working drafts of a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use online platform and now need a seasoned legal eye to bring them fully in line with the laws that apply in my own country and state. The app collects users’ names, email addresses, phone numbers and, through a third-party gateway, their payment and billing details, so every clause that touches data handling, security standards, user consent and liability must be airtight.
What I need from you is a practical, jurisdiction-specific vetting: highlight any section that conflicts with local statutes, tighten the language around personal-data rights and payment-data protection, and insert any mandatory disclosures my jurisdiction requires. A red-lined version showing changes plus a clean, ready-to-publish set of documents will be the core deliverables.
I’ll supply the current drafts in Word or Google Docs, background on the app’s workflow, and a briefing on my local legal environment the moment we start. Once your revisions land, I’ll run them past my product and engineering teams, so clarity and traceability inside “track changes” are vital.
