I need a specialist who can build and optimise sponsored listings in Google Ads that tie directly to my two existing Google Business Profiles. When someone types our store name or brand into Google, I want the ad to dominate the results page and immediately surface our address, opening hours and the “Directions” button so prospects feel compelled to head straight to either location.
Success is measured only one way: more in-person visits to both stores. Click-to-call is helpful but secondary; conversions must be tracked primarily as Store Visits in Google Ads and in-store footfall in Google Analytics 4.
Important nuances you’ll need to handle
• The two stores stock different product lines, so each location will need its own campaign structure, extensions and keyword filters.
• Location extensions, Business Profile linking, and the latest Performance Max for Store Goals (or Local Campaigns if you prefer) should be used so ads automatically pull address, hours and directions.
• Ad copy must highlight the distinct merchandise ranges, while still prioritising the brand name search intent that triggers the ads.
• Geo-targeting radius, negative keywords and bid adjustments should minimise wasted spend from out-of-area searches.
Deliverables
1. Campaign build for both stores (keywords, ads, assets, extensions).
2. Proper linkage to each Google Business Profile with conversion tracking for Store Visits.
3. Launch, test, and a concise performance report after two weeks, outlining optimisations and next steps.
If you have a proven record of driving physical foot traffic through Google Ads, especially for multi-location retailers, I’m ready to start immediately.
