Local Services Android App MVP

I’m building a city-focused marketplace that matches Saharanpur residents with trusted electricians, plumbers, mechanics, AC technicians and carpenters. The scope is strictly Android for this first release, and every user—customers and providers alike—will sign in with OTP only.

What I need built:

• Customer app – browse services by location, book a job, track status, pay through UPI or hand cash on completion, then rate and review.
• Service-provider app – accept or reject jobs, live-track routes, manage profiles, view earnings and history, receive push alerts.
• Web-based admin panel – full CRUD over users, categories and bookings, dispute resolution, payout reports, notification broadcast.

Core modules include secure OTP authentication (Firebase or similar), GPS-based matching, push notifications (FCM), in-app wallet/UPI flow plus Cash-on-Service flag, ratings & reviews, and a lightweight analytics dashboard so I can monitor growth from day one.

I plan to launch an MVP in Saharanpur first, so lean, maintainable code and a rapid turnaround are key. Please send:
