I need a steady stream of well-researched, locally focused articles and genuine white-hat backlinks that will strengthen my site’s authority and credibility across several neighbouring towns. The priority is to build trust around my brand, not chase quick keyword wins, so every piece of content must read naturally, add real value, and feel written for local residents first and search engines second.

Scope of work
• Research the most relevant local search terms used in and around our target towns, then weave them seamlessly into original long-form articles, neighbourhood spotlights, or service explainers.
• Publish each article on my site (or deliver as ready-to-upload drafts) and secure contextual backlinks from authoritative, niche-relevant domains—local news sites, community blogs, industry associations, and high-quality directories.
• Diversify anchor text and place links in a way that feels organic and editorial. No PBNs, spun content, or comment spam.

Deliverables
1. A content calendar outlining topics, target towns, and publishing dates.
2. X fresh articles per month (please suggest a realistic number) of 900–1,200 words each, fully optimised yet natural-sounding.
3. Y high-authority backlinks per month (DA 40+ preferred), with a mix of do-follow and no-follow links from locally or topically relevant sites.
4. A simple monthly report listing URLs, metrics, and any outreach notes.

Acceptance criteria
• Articles pass Copyscape and Grammarly checks.
• Backlinks remain live for at least 90 days, are indexed by Google, and originate from unique domains with clean link profiles.
• All work adheres to Google’s EEAT and Spam-Free guidelines.

Please outline your proposed article/backlink ratio, typical DA range, and any local outreach strategies you have successfully used in the past.
