Living Room Layout Reconfiguration

I’m refreshing my floor plan and need a new, well-thought-out layout for the living room only. This is strictly a room-layout change, no walls coming down or going up; the challenge is to rethink how the existing furniture is arranged so the space feels larger, flows better, and makes better use of natural light.

You’ll be working with the current floor plan (PDF and JPEG) plus a simple furniture inventory with dimensions. I can also provide photos and a quick video walkthrough so you can read the room’s proportions accurately. Please keep circulation paths, window placement, and TV viewing angles in mind while proposing the arrangement.

Deliverables:
• Scaled floor-plan drawing showing the new furniture positions
• A brief rationale (a few sentences) explaining why the new arrangement improves function and flow
• Optional but appreciated: a quick 3-D snapshot or rendered perspective so I can visualise the change

I’ll review, request at most one round of tweaks, and then sign off. Looking forward to seeing how you can make this living room work harder without moving a single wall.
