Live Web Scrape to Excel

I need a small, reliable script that continuously pulls text data from a specific website and pushes the results straight into an Excel worksheet in real time. The flow is simple: scrape → clean (if needed) → append or overwrite the target cells so the sheet always shows the freshest information without manual copy-paste.

Key points
• Source: web scraping only—no API access is available.
• Destination: a standard .xlsx file that I will open locally.
• Data type: plain text (no images or links).

Please choose whatever stack you’re most comfortable with—Python (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Pandas), VBA with WinHTTP, or Power Query with a custom connector are all fine—as long as the final workbook updates with one click or, even better, on a timed refresh I can configure myself.
