Live Japanese-English Seminar Interpretation

I’m running a one-hour virtual panel on longevity for a U.S. audience whose knowledge of the subject is solidly intermediate, and I need your help to keep the conversation flowing in English whenever our Okinawan speakers switch into Japanese. The discussion will use simultaneous interpretation on Zoom’s dedicated language channel, so please be completely comfortable with that workflow.

Here’s the flow: I’ll send you the final agenda, speaker bios, and any prep material a few days beforehand so you can review names and key concepts. On event day, log in 15 minutes early for an audio and routing check with me, stay online the full hour, and deliver smooth, accurate English in a warm, engaging tone. No specialised longevity jargon is required beyond what we’ll cover in the prep packet.

Deliverables
• Be present from the pre-event tech check through the close of the session
