Description
We're hiring one LATAM-based appointment setter to join our outreach team on an ongoing basis. You'll use your own LinkedIn profile (we provide a Sales Navigator license) to connect with prospects and book them onto discovery calls with our consulting clients. Pay is per booked appointment, no hourly requirement, no fixed hours — set your own schedule and earn based on results.
What you'll do
Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages using scripts we provide
Respond to prospect replies and move interested leads toward booking a call
Share Calendly links when a prospect shows interest
Log your activity and booked appointments in a shared tracker
Check in with the team via WhatsApp

What we're looking for
Your own active LinkedIn profile in good standing (URL required with application — see below)
Fluent written English (your messages go straight to English-speaking prospects)
Proven track record of LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting — please share a specific number of appointments/meetings you've booked via LinkedIn and over what time period
Reliable internet and a laptop/PC
Self-motivated — this is performance-based, so consistency matters more than clocked hours
Based in Latin America

Pay
$40 USD per booked appointment (appointment must show up as completed/qualified per our criteria — we'll walk you through this)
Hours
None fixed — book appointments at your own pace and schedule
