Line-Item Budget Data Entry

Multiple departments have already prepared their budget forecasts in separate Excel sheets, and I need every single figure transferred into one master file with full line-by-line itemization. The job is purely data entry but it must be meticulous: every line item, account code, description, and amount has to match the source sheets perfectly.

You’ll receive:
• All original Excel workbooks, clearly labelled by department.
• A blank consolidation template that shows exactly where each data point belongs.

Your deliverable:
• The completed master workbook, error-checked and ready for finance approval.

Accuracy, consistency in formatting, and respect for the original formulas are essential. Once finished I will do a quick reconciliation; zero-difference between source totals and the consolidated sheet is the acceptance criterion.
