Lightspeed-Shopify Inventory Sync Fix

My top priority is eliminating the incorrect stock quantities that keep showing up in Shopify even though the numbers in Lightspeed Retail are accurate. So far I have been handling the discrepancies with manual adjustments, but that is obviously not sustainable.
Here is the ground I need you to cover during a live Zoom / screen-share session:
• Data synchronization process – walk through every step of the Lightspeed-to-Shopify feed, spot bottlenecks or mis-firing jobs, and tune timing so updates propagate reliably.
• Historical data inconsistencies – locate duplicated or legacy products, clean the catalog, and make sure old records do not re-surface once the sync is running smoothly.
While the incorrect stock counts are the main headache, I also want you to confirm why some inventory changes never reach Shopify and why a handful of older SKUs have started duplicating. Pinpointing the root cause—whether it sits in product/SKU mapping, an API rate limit, a third-party connector, or custom code—is part of the brief.
Once the current integration is stable, I would like your honest assessment of whether migrating from Shopify to Lightspeed E-commerce would be the smarter long-term move for our business.
If you have hands-on experience with Lightspeed Retail, Shopify integration workflows, and ideally Lightspeed E-commerce migrations, I’m ready to get this session on the calendar and start resolving the sync issues for good.
