I already run on Lightspeed POS X-series and my WordPress site is live and stable, but the two are not talking to each other yet. I need a developer who knows the Lightspeed Retail API (X-series) and WordPress/WooCommerce inside out to wire them together so that everything works seamlessly and in real time.
The scope is straightforward but must be executed flawlessly:
• Inventory synchronises both ways: stock levels, product SKUs, prices, variants and images update instantly on the site whenever I change them in Lightspeed.
• Orders flow from WordPress into Lightspeed with full detail (items, taxes, discounts, shipping) so in-store reporting stays accurate.
• Customer records created online merge with existing profiles in Lightspeed, keeping purchase history intact.
Acceptance criteria
– No duplication of products, orders or customers after sync.
– Updates propagate in under two minutes.
– Manual override options remain available in the Lightspeed back office.
– Clear documentation showing API keys, webhooks and any custom code added, plus a short hand-over call.
If you have proven experience with this exact stack, let’s get started and wrap it up quickly.
