I own a Namecheap-registered domain and have full access to its DNS panel. I want between two and five professional email addresses on that domain for business communication—think info@, hello@, sales@—without paying any monthly or annual fee.

What I need is a fool-proof, step-by-step walkthrough that lets me do the entire configuration myself while you guide me live or through very clear written instructions.

The final setup must let me both send and receive these addresses directly inside my existing Gmail account, using Gmail’s “Send mail as” feature or an equivalent SMTP/POP3 setup, so I never need to leave the Gmail interface.

You are free to choose the most reliable free-for-life solution—Zoho Mail free tier, Yandex 360, ImprovMX combined with Gmail aliases, or another solution you trust—as long as:

• There are genuinely no recurring costs
• Email delivery is stable and professional
• Proper MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are configured
• Everything works seamlessly through Gmail
• The same setup also works through the Gmail mobile app
• Reply-to settings are configured correctly so replies are sent from the intended domain address
• Display names are set up professionally
• Any catch-all or forwarding options are clearly explained
• All accounts, DNS records, recovery options and credentials remain fully under my ownership and control

### Deliverables

1. Brief explanation of the solution you recommend and why it is the best free option.

2. A clear, numbered setup guide covering:
• Namecheap DNS changes
• MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
• Mailbox or alias creation
• Gmail “Send mail as” / SMTP / POP3 integration
• Reply-to configuration
• Display name setup
• Gmail mobile compatibility

3. Final testing and verification to confirm:
• Emails can be sent and received correctly
• Messages are not showing obvious spam/deliverability issues
• SPF, DKIM and DMARC are passing
• Sending works properly to Gmail and Outlook addresses
• Replies come from the correct business email address

4. Explain any catch-all or forwarding options available and help configure them if appropriate.

5. Prepare a clean, professional Gmail email signature that matches the branding and visual identity of my website/domain, including suitable colours, typography, contact details and links.

6. Provide a simple backup/reference document containing the final DNS records, email settings and configuration details so I can recreate or troubleshoot the setup later.

7. Make sure appropriate security is in place, including guidance on enabling 2FA for Namecheap, Gmail and the chosen email service.

8. Post-setup support for any initial DNS propagation, Gmail configuration or deliverability issues.

### Important

Before starting, please clearly explain any limitations of the free service you recommend, including:

• Daily/monthly sending limits
• Forwarding limits
• Mailbox or alias limits
• Storage limits
• Inactivity rules
• Branding or footer requirements
• SMTP/POP3 restrictions
• Any features that are only available on paid plans
• Anything that could potentially force me onto a paid plan later

I specifically want a genuinely sustainable free setup, not a temporary trial or a solution that quietly becomes paid after setup.

If you know your way around email hosting, DNS records, Gmail settings and professional email branding, this should be a straightforward project.
