What You'll Do
Consult with clients to assess their life insurance and financial protection needs

Present and sell life insurance products tailored to each client's situation

Build long-term client relationships through honest, needs-based advising

Work leads delivered through our automated system — no cold prospecting required

Close business remotely via phone, video, or digital application tools

What We're Looking For
Active life insurance license (required)

Strong communication and consultative sales skills

Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor

Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income

Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership

Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred

Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls
