Licensed Cinematic Footage Editor

I am looking for a professional video editor or content creator for regular movie review and cinematic analysis videos. I need legally licensed cinematic footage, film scenes, trailers, or B-roll that can be used commercially for creating content on Facebook and YouTube.
The freelancer must ensure that all footage provided is legally obtained and comes with a valid license or written permission for commercial use. Please provide proof of licensing/usage rights.
I will use the footage together with my own voice-over, commentary, reviews, and analysis to create engaging and original videos. I am interested in long-term collaboration and regular work.
